We reserve the right to correct descriptions, update product information, limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse service where permitted by law.
4. DTF Products and Ordering Options
The website may provide the following DTF ordering options:
•Build Your DTF Gangsheet: Use the gangsheet builder to arrange artwork on a selected sheet size.
•Upload Your DTF Gangsheet: Upload a completed gangsheet file for production.
•DTF Transfer by Size: Select an individual transfer size and submit artwork for the order.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the selected product, size, quantity, artwork, and order information before completing checkout.
5. Artwork and Intellectual Property
You represent that you own, control, or have permission to use the artwork, text, logos, images, designs, and other materials submitted to The 2x2 Method.
You must not submit material that infringes another person’s or organization’s intellectual-property rights, violates applicable law, contains unlawful material, or violates the rights of another person.
By submitting artwork to The 2x2 Method, you authorize us to use, reproduce, process, and modify the submitted material only as reasonably necessary to review, prepare, produce, fulfill, and support your order.
You retain ownership of your submitted artwork, subject to the rights needed to process your order.
You agree to protect and reimburse The 2x2 Method from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from artwork or other materials you submit when those claims result from your lack of ownership, authorization, or legal permission.
Business decision to confirm: Specify whether The 2x2 Method may display completed customer work in a portfolio, gallery, website, or social media, and whether customers may opt out.
6. Artwork Requirements and Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for submitting artwork that meets the requirements listed on the applicable product page or provided by The 2x2 Method.
We are not responsible for problems caused by customer-submitted artwork, including incorrect spelling, incorrect dimensions, low-quality files, unintended transparent areas, missing design elements, inaccurate colors, or files that do not meet the stated requirements.

7. Orders and Acceptance
Placing an order is a request to purchase products or services. An order is not accepted until The 2x2 Method confirms or begins processing it.
We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order where permitted by law, including when product information or pricing contains an error, artwork raises an intellectual-property concern, payment is not authorized, or the order cannot reasonably be fulfilled.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will provide any applicable refund according to the Return and Refund Policy.
8. Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed on the website and may change at any time before an order is placed. The price shown at checkout is the price applicable to the order, subject to correction of obvious errors.

9. Production, Shipping, and Delivery
Production and shipping details may vary by product, order volume, artwork, destination, and service availability.
Estimated timelines are not guaranteed unless The 2x2 Method expressly confirms a guaranteed service in writing.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and for reviewing delivery information at checkout.
Business decision to confirm: Add standard production time, rush-service rules, shipping methods, shipping rates, delivery estimates, local-pickup rules, international-shipping rules, and responsibility for carrier delays.
10. Returns, Refunds, and Order Issues
Returns, refunds, cancellations, damaged orders, defective products, incorrect orders, and artwork-related issues are governed by the Return and Refund Policy published on the website.
Because many products are custom or personalized, certain products may not be eligible for return or refund except where required by law or when an order is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect.
11. Pressing and Garment Care
Customers are responsible for following the DTF pressing instructions and garment-care instructions applicable to their transfer and garment.
Heat-press results can vary based on the equipment, temperature, time, pressure, garment material, transfer, and application technique. Test pressing is recommended when working with a new garment or production setup.
The 2x2 Method is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect pressing, improper garment preparation, failure to follow instructions, unsuitable materials, or improper washing and care.
12. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the website or our services to:
•Violate any law or regulation.
•Infringe another person’s intellectual-property or other rights.
•Submit fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or unlawful information.
•Upload malicious code or interfere with website security.
